TWINLLC is an independent music and creative production company founded by artist and entrepreneur Umar Kaba. Established in 2020 and based in Hawthorne, California, TWINLLC was created with a mission to bring raw, real, and resonant music to the world — unapologetically rooted in self-expression, culture, and creative freedom.

At its core, TWINLLC is more than just a music label — it’s a movement. Our name reflects duality: the balance between art and business, inspiration and discipline, underground and mainstream. With a DIY ethic and a passion for storytelling, TWINLLC has steadily built a catalog of music distributed digitally via CD Baby and other major platforms, reaching audiences across streaming services and social media.

From songwriting and recording to marketing and brand strategy, every aspect of TWINLLC is artist-driven and independently managed. We specialize in producing genre-blending tracks that reflect urban narratives, emotional truth, and visionary soundscapes.

Despite starting out with limited resources, TWINLLC has generated nearly 2 million streams in the music industry independently, signed and distributed 5 different local talented musicians, released and promoted multiple album and singles and continues to grow through strategic content development, digital marketing, and consistent fan engagement. With a foundation built on grit, authenticity, and vision, TWINLLC is now expanding into merchandise, video production, and collaborative creative projects.
